RED VELVET DISASTER
Posted by Heriberto Fuentes
I searched the internet high and low yesterday using my manchester wireless internet providers connection trying to find a great recipe for red velvet cake. My husband’s birthday is coming up and red velvet cake is his all time fave. I want to try and make him a red velvet cake, but I am no good at baking. I was trying to find an EASY recipe. Finally after a lot of searching, I came across a pretty simple recipe on Cooks.com. I went to the grocery store and started making the cake. Everything was turning out better than I had imagined. The layers came out of the pan and the icing was the right texture. The next step is the one that I totally botched. I need to slice the layers of the cake in half. Without reading really carefully about how to do it and thinking that I was on a roll, I cut the first layer unevenly. There was a quarter on one side and three quarters on the other. Not terribly discouraged I pressed on. The result was a great tasting cake, but a terribly presented cake! This baking stuff is hard!

Fil-Am Roshon Fegan joins Dancing with the Stars
The 20-year-old Disney star is the youngest among this season’s batch of star dancers.
He will be competing for the mirrored ball trophy against others like tennis legend Martina Navratilova, NFL wide receiver Donald Driver, former young actor Jaleel White, Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert and country singer Gavin DeGraw. Roshon will be dancing with Chelsie Hightower.
On Wednesday, Mar. 8, he tweeted from rehearsal, “Just got out of a bomb rehearsal for #DWTS with @chelsiehightowr. Can’t wait to get this thing tight. Yerp.”
“I am very excited to be a part of this season. I have my work cut out for me,” Roshon told the Asian Journal in an exclusive interview the same afternoon that the new cast was announced. He said he is looking forward to learning all the dances—from foxtrot to cha-cha, from rhumba to tango. Read more article...

Wew! I'm Driving The Award Winning Car
Living In Maine
Author: Joseph Sandoval
Living in Maine definitely has its challenges. It’s very cold during the winter, which makes it unpleasant to go outside. I’m originally from Florida, so it took a while for me to get used to. I am thankful that my husband and I have an amazing house so that we can actually enjoy our winters. We have a great home theater system, which keeps us entertained. I also love to cook big meals, so we invite our friends and family over pretty often. When we’re not entertaining our friends and family, we often take trips to warmer destinations. This year we are going to the Bahamas in January and Southern California in March. Since our home is so important to us, I told my husband that I thought it was important to protect it. We started researching Rumford home security to see if a home security system is for us. We live in a very safe neighborhood but thought that the alarm system would give us additional peace of mind. Now when we are away on vacation we feel so much better knowing our home is protected.

Giving my dog a comfy place to rest her head
Guest post written by Colin Earnhart
For years now my dog has been content to sleep at the foot of my bed on top of all kinds of ratty old blankets. It isn't all that visually pleasing to see blankets riddled with holes dragged all over our house, but she really loves it. I'm trying to come up with some ideas about things that she can sleep on that look a whole lot better. So I set my mind on making her a little dog bed.
I'm pretty crafty, so I thought that it would be good to make her a bed that I think suits her personality and is also attractive. When I was online looking up some directions on that, I ran across the site clearwirelessinternet4g.com and showed it to my wife. She agreed that we could change over our internet service to the provider that I found on there.
My wife picked out a fabric for the dog bed that would match our decor and I set to work on it. I elevated it with a wooden base and used a staple gun, instead of sewing to make the cushion part. I'm pretty proud of my project and I think it will make our house look a little nicer too.
