RED VELVET DISASTER

Posted by Heriberto Fuentes

I searched the internet high and low yesterday using my manchester wireless internet providers connection trying to find a great recipe for red velvet cake. My husband’s birthday is coming up and red velvet cake is his all time fave. I want to try and make him a red velvet cake, but I am no good at baking. I was trying to find an EASY recipe. Finally after a lot of searching, I came across a pretty simple recipe on Cooks.com. I went to the grocery store and started making the cake. Everything was turning out better than I had imagined. The layers came out of the pan and the icing was the right texture. The next step is the one that I totally botched. I need to slice the layers of the cake in half. Without reading really carefully about how to do it and thinking that I was on a roll, I cut the first layer unevenly. There was a quarter on one side and three quarters on the other. Not terribly discouraged I pressed on. The result was a great tasting cake, but a terribly presented cake! This baking stuff is hard!

Online Shopping

I have been into online shopping for a while now. I'd rather shop online than walking around and shop in the store. I thought, I can save more time and save a lot of money on shopping online because a lot of online stores were free shipping. The wonderful thing about online shopping is very convenient! I work full time, so I don't have much time shopping in the store. Lately, I have been receiving big boxes because I did shop most of my kitchen stuff online. Our house is newly remodeled so I am looking some stuff that fits in my house. I was looking into a cheap sleeper chairs that will fit in our basement I think its great for watching TV or reading. Of course, I love to shop the husband's clothing online. I find it hard to find his sizes in the store so it is convenient to look online. I used to shop discount flannel shirts, one of my favorites because I can get big discounts and savings! While shopping online, I run into cheap running boards. Wow! its amazing how you can find all different stuff online. I couldn't imagine I have all the stuff that I need in just using my finger tips!

I'm Back

Ok, its been a while since my last post . Due to work schedule and so busy moving to our newly remodeled home made me occupied for the last couple months. I wish I can only write a short entry in this blog once in a while but it is so hard to keep up with work loads and clean up at home. Now, that I finally go back to my normal schedule, I'm trying to keep up my blogs at least just to stop by and say Hi to all my readers and friends in blogosphere. Really, I've been missing a lot of things, I miss spending time writing about my everyday experiences that I used to when I started blogging. To all my friends, I never leave, I am back!

Surveying my friends

Thanks to Roman May It seems like more people than I had originally though have satellite tv internet at their houses. I have never known all that much about Internet providers. I still do not claim to be an expert, but in talking with some friends and acquaintances recently, I realized there are an awful lot of people that have that type of Internet in my area. Some of them actually have some pretty good packages and deals for the services too. I do not know how I got on the topic, but one day one of my friends got into how much she was paying for her Internet. She kept saying how surprised she was that the service was so affordable and then so quick. Internet is a big deal to her, too, because she constantly has to work from home. After that, I started just asking my friends about it to see what provider they used and how the service was. It seemed like so many used satellite Internet. I use it, too, and I really do not have many complaints. It is just funny how many of us have the same service.

Living In Maine

Author: Joseph Sandoval

Living in Maine definitely has its challenges. It’s very cold during the winter, which makes it unpleasant to go outside. I’m originally from Florida, so it took a while for me to get used to. I am thankful that my husband and I have an amazing house so that we can actually enjoy our winters. We have a great home theater system, which keeps us entertained. I also love to cook big meals, so we invite our friends and family over pretty often. When we’re not entertaining our friends and family, we often take trips to warmer destinations. This year we are going to the Bahamas in January and Southern California in March. Since our home is so important to us, I told my husband that I thought it was important to protect it. We started researching Rumford home security to see if a home security system is for us. We live in a very safe neighborhood but thought that the alarm system would give us additional peace of mind. Now when we are away on vacation we feel so much better knowing our home is protected.

Guitar Lessons Online

I grew up like to sing in the church and watch my brother and sister playing guitar but I never learn to play. I can play a basic cord but I never have a proper guitar lessons. If ever I have a chance to learn how to play a guitar why not. I love to sing and listen to music, it will be nice if I can play a guitar while singing. I'm still hoping whenever I have time in the future I would really love to go to guitar lessons. I know learning guitar lessons will be a challenge but it is possible to learn online from home by setting my own time.

Giving my dog a comfy place to rest her head

Guest post written by Colin Earnhart

For years now my dog has been content to sleep at the foot of my bed on top of all kinds of ratty old blankets. It isn't all that visually pleasing to see blankets riddled with holes dragged all over our house, but she really loves it. I'm trying to come up with some ideas about things that she can sleep on that look a whole lot better. So I set my mind on making her a little dog bed.

I'm pretty crafty, so I thought that it would be good to make her a bed that I think suits her personality and is also attractive. When I was online looking up some directions on that, I ran across the site clearwirelessinternet4g.com and showed it to my wife. She agreed that we could change over our internet service to the provider that I found on there.

My wife picked out a fabric for the dog bed that would match our decor and I set to work on it. I elevated it with a wooden base and used a staple gun, instead of sewing to make the cushion part. I'm pretty proud of my project and I think it will make our house look a little nicer too.
