Reduce Some Of Your Cholesterol Intake

I know we all eat a little bit too much red meat. One of the bad side effects of too much meat is a high cholesterol. There are ways to reduce bad cholesterol without having to cut meat out of your diet. I love to eat meat for sure but I do not eat as much as my Babe Dako. I usually like to eat fish once in awhile and I can be happy just eating some rice. But not the husband, he can eat four meals a day. Not only all three meals but also his snack in between meals. I know his cholesterol is through the roof but I am sure there is some help out there to reduce it.
