Measure your oxygen

My husband likes to work out a lot but he is never sure if he works out too hard. He reads in one book that you should measure your oxygen in your blood to make sure you are not working out too hard. So I know that he would like to buy an oximeter so that he can check his O2 levels before and after he works out. I know that is usually something that sick people use when they have lung and heart problems but sometimes good healthy people can find good use for them.
